How 5clicks-ai account holders consent to receive SMS text-message notifications.

What these messages are

5clicks-ai.com is operated by Marketing & Production Studio Inc. Registered users (business owners) connect their Yelp and Thumbtack accounts to 5clicks-ai. When a new lead or order arrives on a connected platform, our software can send the account holder an SMS notification so they never miss it. These are account notifications sent only to the registered user who opted in — not marketing, and never to their end-customers.

How users opt in

  1. The user signs in to their 5clicks-ai dashboard at app.5clicks-ai.com.
  2. In notification settings, the user enters the mobile phone number where they want to receive alerts.
  3. The user actively checks a consent checkbox (unchecked by default) to agree to receive SMS.
  4. Consent is confirmed and the user can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
